Hold for a minute, before you just toss the stuff out, I suggest that as a courtesy you let your husband in on your plans.
Not that he should object!

Did he have the girlfriends while you were married or dating?
If he wasn't cheating on you with them, then I think it'd be wrong for you to destroy them. They're part of his past.
I'm sure you've kept some pictures of your old boyfriends somewhere as well. It's sometimes just something we all do and doesn't mean anything.

I guess the idea is that he should have done it, or be with you to help, it is not your place to throw them out without his persmission. And how for back, and all photos. I guess I have a few from high school ( well over 30 years ago, things like old prom photos) that I would not want thrown out.
Having a few photos, and having or wanting a relationship with them are two different things. If they are hanging on the wall, or if they are stuffed in a box in the attic is also another thing

Why do you feel a need to destroy his memories?
Have you talked to him about what you are planning?
IF you do it out of spite, anger, insecurity, jealousy, envy, etc. then you are not doing the right thing. Throwing them out to make a statement or hurt him is not a good way to go about handling a marital issue. It would probably only make the issue worse.
It would be like your husband throwing out your keepsakes, just because he didn't like them or he was mad at you.
If it is matter of storage and/or moving, talk to your husband about only keeping some of them. However, do not make the decision by yourself. Take care of them as a couple.

I never kept any photos of my x boyfriends, my mother and my aunt never want me save photos of my x boyfriends, I just want to have a peaceful mind, I don't let those photos destroy my mood everyday. My husband agreed that I can thraw that away.

Thanks for your sudggestion, before I thraw away I let him know and I showed to him all that bunch of photos so he agreed that its OK. We had talked about this matter a couple nights ago, that is not healthy for me to see those girls.
