    Severe back pain with lossof feeling left foot
    I have severe pain lower back with pain down left leg and loss of feeling in left foot and pins and needles left calf

    Sounds like something is resting on one of your sciatic nerves in your lower back area. Have you sustained any kind of back injury lately? The pins and needles sensation is a dead giveaway to any kind of nerve pain. I've had sciatica problems and know well the "fun" you are having.
