    Can my fiancé who's an ex inmate travel to europe
    Hi everyone, well my fiancé who's an american citizen is in prison right and his release date is in 2011,I would like to know if he can travel so he can live with me in paris france,or can he even get a passport? I really need some help cause I know for a fact that he'll not find a job in usa after that and we really wants to get married.thank you for your help and may god bless you.

    p.s:he was charged for, burglary and resisting an officer with violence.

    Mostly it depends on what is going on in his case. If he is let out early then there may be some restrictions to his travel. So its really hard to say if he can leave the country or even state he is currently living in right now.
