My name is Lisa Michelle Lyons and from 1990-1994 I worked for PennWell Publshing, Tulsa, OK. I was fired on 12-31-94 and never was given information on where my 401K is. I tried several times to contact and left messages and no one ever got back to me. Sometime in 1998 the Hartford company had sent me a form to fill out that requested my social security number, d.o.b. full birth name, etc. and send it back but never heard back

First, your money was never "with" PennWell Publishing, but rather was with the 401(k) plan administrator that they engaged to handle their employees' accounts. You should have been receiving regular statements form the administrator documenting your contributions and account value. If you believe that this may have been The Hartford, I suggest that you call their customer service department and ask whether they have any accounts in your name. You can also call Penweel's HR depatrment to ask who their current 401(k) plan administartor is.
