Dp you have any photos you could post, prefferably one looking down on her back from above?

She night not be as skinny as you think.
I have found that larger breeds do go through a picky eating stage and can look rather awkward and skinny at around 12 months.
Larger breeds aren't fully mature until 2 years old, that's when they build muscle and stack on the weight.

Is she is very skinny, there are things you can do but we'll start with Bellas question of what food are you currently feeding.

I was told by my vet that if you feed fat that you will produce fat.

The types of fat that I was recommended to feed by my vet was a piece of butter (about a 1/2 inch thick) or cottage cheese.

I also heard that feeding macaroni helps with weight.

You should run those past your vet to make sure your dog will be able to eat those types of fatty foods.

Your dog is a year old.. It does take time for them to bulk out. You can also try feeding a red meat based dog food. Evo makes a pretty good food with all red meats in it. I fed it to my pittie when she was growing and was looking thin. She bulked out in about 2 months after I started her on that food. That could be an option for you as well.

Macaroni, is not a good option, too many grains, and crap in it.

Once your vet hs okay's, try high fat treats such as liver, heart or any other organ meat.

    And of course my favs:

Lb (.45kg) hamburger mince (high fat content)
    1 package cream cheese
1 jar all natural peanut butter
    1 dozen egg yolks
1 cup rolled oats soaked in milk
    1 jar wheat germ

Mix thoroughly (with hands is best).
Freeze into meal sized bags and thaw as needed.

    2 cups Dry Dog food
    2 packs cream cheese
    1½ cups Peanut Butter
    ½ cup Corn Oil
    1 cup Cottage Cheese
1 pound Browned Hamburger (save some of the grease)

Blend dog food (crushed fine) and add remaining ingredients.
Mix till you have a doughy mixture add more dog meal as needed if consistency is too thin.
On wax paper spread some meal and roll out mixture into log shape.
Refrigerate until firm and slice as needed.
Feed them a slice or two several times during the day. Very high calorie... will put weight on fairly quick

Remember to discuss this with your vet, and introduce the fat to your dog VERY slowly as it will put him at a high risk for developing pancreaitis.
