    Could I possibly be pregnant?
    I missed my period. I have been feeling very tired when I wake up and if I don't go back to sleep for the rest of the day even though my body is telling me to take a nap I am extremely moody. I won't do anything all day and I still feel tired and exhausted. By the end of the day towards night I feel very nauseous, exhausted and I have a headache. I have been really craving meats and sometimes I get nauseous eating certain foods.

    Have you taken a test?

    Are you trying to conceive?

    One way or another you need to find out.

    1.if your pregnant you need to see a doctor and start taking folic acid,eating healthy etc.

    2. if your not pregnant and your period has not 'arrived' next month you need to find out why.

    Putting your head in the sand won't make it go away.

    Can I ask what age you are please?

    Its better for you if you find out as soon as possible. Please take a HPT very soon, using first morning urine. Since you've already missed your period, this is the ideal time to take the test.
