    New Home Treadle Sewing Machine Needles
    Hello. 1st. Post. Recently acquired an old New Home sewing machine. Does anyone have knowledge if this machine requires a certain shaped needle. & name brand compatibility. i.e., Singer. White, etc... Thanks for any help. It would be nice to be able to use this machine.

    If you still have New Home treadle and want another needle or copy of original user manual, I will send you it. I have a New Home treadle that I am not using now, and have extra needles,bobbins, etc. [Personal email address removed to protect privacy. Once a thread has been started, all information needs to stay on the thread so that others with similar questions can benefit by the information that's exchanged.]

    Do you still have extra needles and bobbins and other parts for a new home treadle sewing machine? I just acquired one I believe was made in 1893 and I need the shuttle, bobbins and a belt.
