Adding new husband to my home's deed
I would like to add my new husband to my home's deed. I live in Florida and do not have a mortgage. Do I need to prepare a quitclaim? Thank you.

If you go to the Real Estate Law forum, at the top there is a sticky on how to add someone to a deed. That should explain it for you.
