Okay so I saw from a previous post with the same question that the salaries payable beginning balance is $2375. Would that then be the amount as of November 30 of the previous year? Or is there one more step? I just feel I'm missing something.

The $2375 is the beginning balance for the 2011. The beginning balance is also the ending balance for Nov 30, 2010.

Please see my previous answer on the same post dated 4 Oct, 2010.
