    They sit in jail till the hearing. There is no exact time frame

    The time frame is usually two weeks so the Judge can get you on his docket. Sometimes more, sometimes less. But it's all up to the scheduling (docket) of the Court and how backed up they are.

    I have seen it a month to six week around here. Depends on the back logs
