If a guy tells u that he doesn't like u, and u ask him later if he can kiss u and he does, what does that mean, that his nice to me, or that he has the same feelings but he scared or afraid to tell me?

Well... how was the kiss? Was it romantic or emotionless. A kiss can tell you a lot.

Also, why would you ask someone who "doesn't like you" to kiss you?

Men (and women) don't have to "like" someone to be attracted to them or kiss them. Personally, I don't think he has hidden feelings. If he did, when he kissed you he'd probably tell you he liked you at that point.

It was very romantic, ait kind of went to nice, to amazing!
