    If you do not follow the stipulations you were given,
    You can go to jail.

    Why do you even think you won't be violated? Did you speak with your PO or just leave a voice mail or talk to someone else? You did violate by not showing up.

    As long as when you called in, you spoke to the PO and they gave you permission not to call in. If that did not happen, yes they can violate you.
