    Hi Mariraj

What kind of pump? A submersible pump? A sump pump? A sewage ejector pump?

The most important factors with any pump will be:

    Height
    Distance
    Volume of water or waste

    Let me know more...

What will the pump be used for? Residential? Commercial?
How much capacity will you need?
What sort of well are we talking about? Shallow? Deep?
In short, you haven't furnished enough information to get a answer.
