What rights do I have if I was entered into a divorce default
The petitioner filed all the paperwork in secrete never served me so that she could have an easy case and so that she could get everything she wanted from the judge. Were my rights abused and what can be done so that I can try and reverse some of the judgments granted to the petitioner?

If you were never properly served then you file a motion to vacate the judgment on the grounds of improper service. If you can show what you claim that the this was done deliberately to get a default judgment you will get new hearings and it will not go well for your ex. |
