Neighbors with endless dogbarking & mess
We have tried multiple times to speak w. them. Had door slammed in the face. We even spoke w. animal control + filed several reports. Went to court + nothing happened. We are at our wits end. They have 7 dogs and now puppies. In the same yard there are 3 dogs tethered. One is constantly pregnant, the owner does not live there and keeps bringing storage containers, 2 traveltrailers, old car etc. The grass is never cut + those dogs are tied up,in all kinds of weather. We don't know if they have water etc. We don't know where to turn. We appreciate any advice. Unfortunately Fl has the worst (none) animal control laws. We are concerned neighbors. Thank you

Have you been calling animal control, the police for the noise, and the city or county code enforcement for grass, old cars and more.

Have you contacted the city council people over your area about this.

Have you ( after you did all the above and got nothing) been to a city counsel meeting to publicly complain about city service ?

Wow what a horrible situation, you can contact the local SPCA, and they should be able to intervene.

I have a swimming pool in my back yard which has a 6' chain link fence surrounding it. My problem is that my neighbor"s yard is a mess. Their property sits higher than my property and all I look at is their war zone of a yard. They also have a big dog that puts its paws on top of the fence and...

Brown hair dyed & turned bright orange mess [ 1 Answers ]

Hi, I am african american and my natural hair color is dark brown. It is natural (no chemicals). I got my hair dyed with permanent color and it turned a very bright orange/red. I would rather not go back to the salon. I want to try to darken it (tone it down) by using a dark brown...

Several color mess ups & still too red-toned! [ 2 Answers ]

Okay, I have naturally medium brown hair. I dye my hair for the grays, but in 4 weeks it always washes out to look orangy/red. I was told by a pro that I had a red cortex. She told me to use a natural dark blonde... I put on a naturale brown instead, and it came out way too dark & red! I then...
