    A ship will sail one place but not in the other.. why?
    Explain why a fully loaded ship may be able to sail just fine through the Great Salt Lake, but the same ship would sink in the ocean if it was loaded the same way.

    What is the salt content of each ? What is different about a higher salt content of water with floating items ?
