Can an R.O.R be revoked for felony probation violation
I violated my felony probation with two miner mistameaners. I was ROR on all charges. My probation is set from another county. My probation officer sent in the paper work for the warrant before I was released. Is there any way the have the warrant lifted or if I do turn myself in will I be ROR again at first appearance since the first jugde ROR me on all my charges?

A warrant lives forever. Turn yourself in and then straighten it out. As soon as the law sets eyes on you, you will be arrested if you don't do it.

And I don't know what you mean by a "minor" misdemeanor.

    Hello p:

BEFORE you're convicted the court is required to give you reasonable bail. However, AFTER you've been convicted, there is no such requirement. Your PO wants you in jail, or he wouldn't have issued a warrant. You don't HAVE to be arrested to be violated. So no, you won't be ROR'd. You'll wait for a judge in jail. It might be 30 days before you see one.

The warrant is for the violation of probation, and should have no effect on your previous ROR. If and once the violation of probation is cleared, the ROR should not have changed.

Now of course on the violation of probation, you will be placed in jail till the hearing ( normally in most places) and there the judge will decide what to do with the probation violation.

If you don't handle this, and show up for the misdemeanor court with a warrant, not only will they place you under arrest on the warrant, but it will go bad at sentencing since you were not turning yourself in.
