    Can you claim compensation for falling on a wet floor on a bus due to it raining
    This accident was caused to my daughter. She has hurt her cocxsic.she can not sit or lie down on her back.the pain his mostly in her right side of her back where she as already got problems due to a her joint coming out of her hip.

    Yes, she MIGHT have a cause of action depending on several factors.

    Was the floor wet all over or just in that spot? What was her footwear? Was she walking/running? Did she fill out a report with the bus terminal? Does she have medical documentation of her injuries?

    - That's for starters but it all factors in.

    The floor was wet in that one spot.she was wearing hugg boots.she was walking.the bus was not moving.she has been to the hospital.she didn't fill out a report but she was helped up by a women,and the bus driver rubbed her back and asked was she OK.

    She fell ON the bus? I get it.

    School bus? She's a child?

    The bus driver should have provided her with the info to file a claim for the injury. How long ago was this and what State?
