I raised my son till 19th years old now he moved to his father in greece and he doesn't talk to me or my family at all

What specifically is your question? It's difficult to give good advice without more details.
Like, what was your relationship like with your son before he moved? What was his motivation for moving? Did something happen between the two of you? How long has he not talked to you? Is this a week without a phone call or email we're talking about? Or something that's been going on for years?

The relationship before he moved was OK he moved with a friend in her college dormdrinking and taking drugs he said that he wanting to move out to have his own life he moved to his father since April 2010 and he said that he is not going to talk to me at all

Have you tried talking to him since?

And how did you react to his drinking and drug use? How does his father feel about it? Is he still participating in that behavior?

Since he's no longer under your roof and he's legally an adult, there's not a whole lot you can do aside from letting him know you love him and your door will always be open to him, assuming you feel that way of course.

He moved out since January 2010 and moved to greece in April 2010

My mother called his fathers cell and its disconnected no I didn't talk to him I think he needs help he's father don't talk do me about our sons situation. I was going to try to talk to him on Facebook but I think he will block me.

I was very mad with his drinking and drugs I don't know if he is still doing drugs in greece I know he still drinks I see he's picture on Facebook and they look like his still doing everything

He is an adult. Let him know that you love him and want to have contact with him, even if its just a card or letter. As a mother you need to reassure him of your unconditional love. If he thinks all your going to do is judge him and tell him what he is always doing wrong then he may continue not to have contact. No one wants to hear negative things all the time.
Im not saying we as mother never get upset with our children choices and tell them how we feel. But negative only feeds negative.
