To start with when I was pregnant with my son I had symptoms as early as the next day that my period had ended. I have the IUD mirena for about a yr and a couple of months and it was great until recently I have started getting head aches and have been feeling really nauseous. I work around food and I haven't felt like this before except for when I was pregnant with my son, I have taken 2 pregnancy test and both came back negative the instructions say a negative result should not read after 10 min and after 4 days the results are still visible(idk if that's normal) like I said with my son I had supper early symptoms and I'm thinking its too early I'm just scared because I have the IUD. I would really like some help from people that have been or are in my situation please

I think the test might have meant not to read it after 10 minutes because the results would not be accurate. This is because many tests will show a line after that time and some people will mistaken it for a positive result.
A true positive will show up within the time frame stated on the test and remain that way... not show up later. A negative will remain negative.

If you feel you could be pregnant, check with your doctor. They will do another urine test in office and likely a scan. They might also have you go for a blood test.

Sometimes an IUD will slip and pregnancy will occur. If you were to become pregnant, it may be removed by the doctor at the time pregnancy is determined, it may be removed a bit later, or it may be left in place depending on the circumstances.
