    California divorce when is it finallize and you can marry again
    Hello,
    My divorce enter default in California on 4-28-10 when will I have my judgment of divorce and when can I marry again

    Every site I read says it can take months and to contact the Court Clerk and ask.

    You can remarry as soon as you receive proof of your divorce. There is no waiting period.

    Were you the Plaintiff or the Defendant? Did you have an Attorney? If so, the Attorney got the papers and should forward them to you.
