Depending on where you are in the world and the age of consent, even still I'm not going to give you any sex tips.
What I will say is at least your asking for information, your trying to do the right thing, which is very mature.
There is one little teeny tiny titbit of information you should look into before you have your other questions answered.
And that is pregnancy.
What are the risks?
What will you both do if she gets pregnant?
How will you afford a baby?
What will your parents say? Your friends?
Are you both emotionally ready, financially ready, mentally ready to take on a baby?
Even on birth control there is a chance she could become pregnant.
These are questions you both should take seriously as there are consequences to your actions.
Get informed, get ALL the information not just the bits that your interested in,for your sake your girlfriends sake and for both of your futures.

The best position? Sitting quietly in the delivery room.
Unless you are ready to be a parent, you need to refrain from sex.

Xavi, condoms aren't 100%, there are people on this forum and all around the world that got pregnant while using three different forms of birth control. It happens. Every time you have sex, even with protection, there's a possibility of pregnancy.
You say you can afford a baby. How? You're 16. Do you have a job? Can you afford your own place, afford the costs of rent/mortgage, food, electricity, water, other bills, baby supplies, medical bills, and more? How? I'm 40 and I can't afford it, so how can you?
You say you're emotionally ready. Do you know what having a baby involves? If so, how do you know? Have you ever cared for a baby 24/7? I doubt it.
The fact is, you're 16, you're way too young to be a father, which means you're way too young to have sex.
What's the rush? If you're in love than why not wait until you're old enough?

You're financially ready? Please, tell me your secret to success. I'm way passed 16, have steady well-paying job, and there's still no way I could support a baby right now. Do you actually know all that goes into supporting a baby? Let's just talk about the first year or so. Way more doctors visits. Then when the baby comes you'll have to pay for the hospital stay. Hopefully the baby comes out healthy, otherwise that'll be an even larger hospital bill. And there's your girlfriend's health to consider. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but aren't there even higher risks at that age? And then you'll need a carseat. And you'll want a stroller. And you'll need clothes. Don't forget, babies grow really fast so you'll need new clothes very often. And diapers. Lots and lots of diapers. Think hundreds. And food for the baby. And things like a crib, maybe a playpin and a high chair. Toys for the baby probably too. And of course if you're 16 you'll want to be able to finish school so you'll have to find childcare. And that's just some of the financial burden that comes with a child. That's not even going into the physical and emotional stressors. And it's an eighteen year commitment. Are you both really ready for this? Are you sure you're ready for late night feedings? Missing out on things like prom because you have a child? Missing out on going out with your friends because you have a child to raise? You're still a kid yourself, now is not the time to bring a child into the world. And that's what sex leads to, children.
And, even with birth control, there is always some chance of pregnancy. Even if she begins taking birth control and you wear a condom and you use both correctly, there is still ALWAYS some chance of pregnancy.

Xavi...
I'm the mother of a very mature 17 year old. She's not ready to be a parent any more than you are.
I'm also a nurse. I deliver babies for a living. I can assure you that pregnancy and parenthood is NOTHING like you think it is.
Can you...
Afford an apartment and all the utilities without help from anyone? Yes, right now. If you had to, could you move right now and be able to afford rent? Electric? Heat? Food?
Do you have your own car? Do you make the car payments? Put gas in the car? Pay the insurance?
Now, a baby is going to cost you a few hundred dollars a month. Formula is not cheap. It's VERY expensive. Remember, not all women can breastfeed and not all babies like to breastfeed.
Now, at 16, your girlfriend would run some very high health risks being pregnant. Some of these risks can not only be permanent, but they could damage the baby permanently or even rear their ugly head and be permanent when your girlfriend is older.
Please, use 2 or 3 forms of birth control until you graduate college, have a full time job and can actually afford to have a baby. Don't try to convince me that you are ready to be a parent. I've been a parent 4 times, 3 of my children are older than you, so I do have a grasp of what stage you are in your life.

Even if she doesn't get pregnant, what will her parents say? If she does what will her parents do? Obviously before you take drastic steps into adulthood, you should be fully educated on the subject, and McDonald's is hardly a great job to raise a child on.
