I fell on my butt very hard. The next couple of days I began to get sore and couldn't hardly walk on my left leg. I have been to the doctor and had a ct scan and urine test and blood work. They all turned out normal. But now the pain has moved and seems as if it shoots up my vagina with intense pain and making it hard to walk on my left leg. I hurt more after sitting for awhile and getting up out of the chair but also hurts a lot if I walk too much.

Nerve pain from your lower spine and or coccyx (tailbone). CT scan, urine, blood work won't show it. See a chiropractor, one with a good reputation.
Contrary to what MOST medical doctors seem to want to remember from basic anatomy, nerves from the lower spine do go to the abdomen, and down the front or inside of the legs too, not just the sciatic nerve.
Took me FORTY YEARS to figure this out and get the help I needed from a chiropractor (and it took care of 90% of the pain after about 15 treatments).
