If there were such a thing and it actually meant anything, I'd have gotten one long ago and be teaching somewhere instead of keeping house for my travel-nurse wife...

Check out some places like Universial Life Church, it is a online church and if you pay a small fee they will give you any degree you ask for. And for a fee they ordain you though the mail also, a family member in prison got his when he found religion in prison

I would like to get a house for a little amount, make some renovations, and sell it for a million dollars but that's not realistic... man, you have to be a lot more realistic than this. When you work, you don't expect to be paid pennies for a lot of labor given and you shouldn't expect that from others.
