    My boyfriend and his Probation
    "my boyfriend and i got into a fight in June he was facing felony charges in NJ and was then put on probation and ask to have his probation transferred to VA. Now that he's getting it transferred the police came to my house and picked him up on a warrant for his arrest because of the fight we had the state is pressing charges on him assult and battery his probation officer said that if the charges are not dropped he will have to violate him. This was something that occured before he was put on probation and the po is telling him he has to see if he can accept him so what should we do"

    Hire a good attorney, If this fight accorded previous to his being ordered on probation by the judge, it should not effect his current probation.
