What is the title of this song?
Song from the 1965-1975 I think. One of those rebellion tunes. It was a group, as I remember, that performed it.
Think it was in 3/4 time. Change in beat from verse to refrain. Verse slow, refrain faster.

Lyrics from refrain: I'm a(the) city, cool(cruel) and pretty, try me, buy me(try and buy me) if you dare, win or lose and I won't(don't)care, win or lose I'll still be there.

Lyrics from verse: I'm a(the) city, beep, beep. Life is hard, dreams come cheap.
