    Court summons? Consent foreclosure
I am going through a foreclosure, the bank agreed to a consent foreclosure and their lawyer has an apointment set up with the judge. I did not receive "official court summons" just a copy of the paperwork going to be filed with the court from the banks lawyer.

Am I required to go to that court date? Help! Its in 2 days!!
