    Which option is better? Going with H4 or F1 ?
    Hi,my daughter is planning to go to USA for MBA.Also we r going to fix her marriage with a guy with H-1b.Then which option is better?she goes with H-4 and join univ?is it allowed?or is it better she goes with F-1 n change to H-4?pl reply

    She can go to school on either H-4 or F1, but if she goes on H-4, she won't be eligible for OPT.

    Thank you very much. Is she eligible to apply for F1 visa after getting married to a H1B person? She will be getting married around the time she is supposed to apply for F1. Will they reject the F1 visa if married to H1B? Pl reply
