I have Rh- blood and my husband has positive blood? Ive already had 2 miscarriages I'm "assuming" is because of the mis match in blood but does it also make it harder to conceive in general?

Have you talked to your doctor about this? There's a medicine (maybe a shot) that they should be able to give you to help prevent you from having a miscarriage because of the blood. Since you already know your's and your husbands blood types you should really be talking to your doctor about getting pregnant.

It's not harder to get pregnant, but may be harder to carry the pregnancy if any of the babies before were Rh+ like your husband.

So, it's not going to be harder to get pregnant. The Rh difference does not affect conception.

Typically, you would get a RhoGam shot at 28 weeks gestation, then another within 72 hours after delivery.

Thank you very much. I knew about the rhogam shot they gave it to me after each miscarriage to help protect me. But thank you for your answer it helped a lot. :)
