    Roper clothes dryer
    Roper clothes dryer will not start. 243v across l r poles 121v l to center, 122 v r to cntr
    2 wire red white black power cord. It started once when I moved it but it does not start in any of the dry cycles when I press the start button. The door has been closed for every test.
