    Remainderman rights
    My sister is the life tenent I am the remanderman the will states she shall be responsible for taxes insurance and maintenance she wants me to pay all insurance and 1/2 the taxes and I do most of the maintenanse what are my rights

    If she fails to pay the taxes and insurance as required by the will, you stand to loose the value of your remainder by the time she dies. I would consider bringing her to court to force her to abide by her obligations.
