    Can two people from the courthouse be our witnesses when
    I need to know if two people from district 41 courthouse can witness us getting married?

    You will find that most people hanging around a Judge's chambers will be more than willing to be your witnesses when you get married.

    While the witnesses to a wedding are normally people known to you, that is not a requirement. The only requirement is that they can sign as witness.
