    My father transfer AUD165000 from US to my bank account in Australia ,do I pay tax
    My father transfer AUD165000 from US to my bank account in Australia , and then I transfer AUD165000 to my father bank account in Vietnam. Does ATO (australia tax office ) tax on that amount?
    Im oversea student in australia, my father is vietnamese, he has bank account in US.

    This forum is about U.S. taxes. In U.S. this is not taxable.
    Do not know if it is taxable in Australia or Vietnam.
