How old is she?
If she is still a teen, this is WAY too young in my opinion!

I'm not sure what you are asking is too early? Is it talking every night or is it talking while in the bath or what? Unless she was using a camera phone, I don't see anything slutty about just talking from the bathtub.

I agree with scottgem... there's nothing slutty about talking while in the bath.
I fell in love at 15, and lost my virginity only 3 weeks into the relationship. I thought THAT was slutty.
But it wasn't, because I was in love, and still am.
Make sure she feels really strongly towards him before she gets too serious.

Well I would have to say that, generally, 15 is too young to really judge how in love you are so that I would say going all the way just 3 weeks into a relationship at that age is way too soon. If it worked out for you, you are the exception not the rule.

This might have just been one time and a lot of fuss about nothing. I don't see anything wrong with just talking from the bathtub. Be a good friend, stick up for her, respect her. And avoid gossiping or it could be about you next time.

I delayed answering this one for a bit, to think about it.
I don't believe the where is an issue at all, it is the "what" is being said,
If they are talking about the bath in a sexual way, that can be a issue, if they merely are talking about school, and movies and TV and she happens to be in the bath ( which is silly since if she drops the phone, it is gone)
But people who call me often catch me in all sorts of places, that they never realise I am at when we are talking.

I know but this was.. lets just say it wasn't about school. She is boycrazy, I don't know if she feels really into this guy but I think the reason she is so boy crazy is because her da left them and before that she was so shy, but now it is better than him beiong home because he wasn't a good father. But I guess I'm trying to look out for her , to make sure my best friends since kindrgarten doesn't become a victim. The funny thing is is that I am the outspoken one who is a tiomboy and shse is the girly girl. But I guess I shouldmn't try to fight her about it. Thanks for all yalls advice,
