    I am suffering of pain in my back and kidney and I have fever. What can this be?
    I have taken Panado for pain and fever but I am feeling very week and the pain is getting worse.

    You should really get to your dr. a fever plus pain and it getting worse is no good. You may have something like a kidney infection causing the pain, in which case pain killers won't do much good since they don't fight infection. But the only way to find out for sure what is causing the pain and fever is to see a dr.
