I set my off pressure switch at 55 pounds my on pressure switch at 35 pounds and I make sure my bladder tank is pumped up to at least 30 pounds but no more than 35.

The correct PSI for a bladder tank is 2 PSI under the cut in pressure on the control box. This must be done with the pump shut off and the pressure drained down. If your cut in pressure's 30 PSI at the control box then your bladder tank pressure should be set at 28 PSI. Regards, Tom
