I am having headaches, back pain, swollen hands in the morning, tender/swollen breasts, and fatigue, and lower cramping in the stomach. I had unprotected sex on the 4th and 5th. Could I be pregnant?

If your period on the 8th was normal in all regard, it is unlikely what you are feeling now is from pregnancy. While pregnancy can occur, as there is no 100% safe time, sex right before a period is one of the least likely times to become pregnant.

Some of those symptoms are not generally noticed in early pregnancy. It is more likely that you have something like a touch of the flu or other illness.
