Kitchen sink drain through outside wall
I live in Carlsbad California and am putting in new plumbing on an existing slab.

Can I come through the ourtside wall with a 1-1/2" ABS drain and connect to the sink?

And you'd be connecting that drain to what? It has to be vented, are you wanting to vent outside too? CA has some stiff regs and I'm in IL so no expert on your job. Our building inspector would say no so I am thinking a CA building department would not issue a permit for this plan.
