    If we are releasing a Purchase Order wihtout signining the same what will be consequencess.

    A contract must be offered and accepted. Generally a signature is proof of both. But its not absolutely necessary. There are other forms of proof.

    For example a PO issued on company stationary using the company's normal format for POs would be considered binding.
