    I am losing pressure at my pressure tank, how can I tell where the problem is

    With no water being used, turn off the water to the house. See if pressure holds. If not, then your problem is likely a check valve. If pressure holds, then turn water back on to the house. If pressure falls at that point, then you figure it's between the tank and the house.
