    How to get a work visa in US for military spouses
    My fiancé is from mexico and lives in the us legally but does not have a work visa how would she be able to get a work visa in the united states as a military spouse?

    Exactly what visa does she have right now that lets her stay but not work? Some do not allow you to move from one type to another.
