I was with my boyfriend for almost a year and a half.. he broke up with me months before our holiday... I was so upset, crying so much. I adored the guy... well I still do. He kept saying the hol might bring our spark back... so we went on hol... he treated me like his girlfriend saying he loved me, wanted me back. Then when we got home he said lets just be friends.

Now he is saying he is over me and not in love anymore... I NEED to move on. I just can't seem to let go :(

It is very hard believe me I am trying to get over my boyfriend that I was with for almost 4 years that I just had a baby girl in April with and we just bought a house together at the end of June and at end of July not even a month of buying our hosue he leaves me out of nowhere I just seen him with another girl and I am dying inside!! It will take time but just try to be strong and hang around with friends and family get your mind off him... it will be very hard but at least feel happy that you don't have anything holding you back like a baby its very hard! Its okay to cry I cry a lot!

Busy yourself with other people other things. Do what you enjoy. As time goes by it will get easier.

Oh I've been there and it sucks!There's nothing you can do. The first thing you have to do is ACCEPT that it's over.. I spent over a year in denial still seeing him and letting him mess with my head. He would give me hope and then change his mind again and trust me this will only prolong your pain and this is pain that you don't need..

You need to take control now and completely disappear from his life. How dare he do this to you? You need to love yourself more than him and see that you are better off.. Because he did you a favour you are now free to find the person that you ARE meant to be with and he will be much more good looking/ better personality etc etc. (this is what happened to me) Believe this and you will be fine :) this is a good thing xx

I am going through NC as now I am trying to clear my stuffs from her place. It is very difficult and if is not then is not LOVE. FYI, I just went for a trip with my ex and came back and she's with new guy. Surprise!
