My 1993 Chevy S10 2.8L V6 has a problem. My ECM2 fuse won't stop poping. It is always hot so as soon as I touch the negetive battery cable to the battery it pops. Ive checked all of my sensors and have checked for any shorts. Tried just running straight power to my fuel pump with a toggle switch...

When I was at the ATM tonight my blazer died for no reason and no it won't start. 96 s10 blazer makes click sound when I turn the key and that's it. Won't do anything else.battery is not dead,lights come on bright and don't dimm when attempting to start,and jump starting does not help... thank you for any help
