    I have just bought my first digital kodak camera but 4/5 fotos memory is full.
    From the replies supplied, it seems that I have to load at least 2mg memory card before I can take more than 4/5 photos. Am I understanding this correctly.

    Depends. The # of photos that can be stored depends on the density (megapixels) setting and the amount of storage. Many camera only have a small amount of internal memory. So it can only hold a few pictures at the high MP settings. Most cameras use a memory card for primary storage that can store hundreds of pics.

    You'll need an SD card. 8GB is a good size.
