    My girlFriend is on Prob. And she just got a new charge... her p.o took her in.
    How long can they hold her. she has a gag hearing on Tuesday . What are the chances of her getting out till her acual hearing for the new charge?, any answer will help...

    If her PO took her in, chances that she'll be released BEFORE her hearing are non existent.
