    Removed 8” aluminum siding and found 1 x 2 furring 16” oc over concrete block
    Need to know the most affordable way to reside with double 4 vinyl siding thickness- .040
    1. Do I need plywood with fan fold or house wrap over furring?
    2. Rigid insulation board only
    3. House wrap only
