Didn't expect you today, but nice to see you.
Good questions already. Was the man an astronaut?
Irrelevant. (I'd love to know where that came from.)
Was he about to go to space if so?
N/A
Did he like hamburgers?
Did he have any cats or dogs?
Was it his pistol?
All irrelevant.
Well probably, but irrelevant.
Did this happen on a Monday?
A Manic Monday? Could have been any day.
I seriously doubt it.
Irrelevant.
Probably not.
Ok, it is early and I am not sure how many more irrelavent questions I can ask.
I don't know, but you're doing a pretty good of it. :) But you know, you never know when hamburgers might be relevant. (I'll have to hunt one down that it is.)

A man is driving his car. He turns on the radio, listens for five minutes, turns around, goes home, and shoots his wife.

I don't know if this fits... I would rather think that he would be enraged towards the DJ then... unless something else happened in parallel...
Interesting point.
Has the man just left his home? (just like in... less than an hour)
Mostly irrelevant, but it's more likely he's more recently left than say on his way home.
Did he have some argument with his wife prior to listening the radio?
- Did he tell his wife not to do something?
- Did he threaten her?
- Did his wife 'disobeyed' him?
No.
Did the man discover something through that radio about his wife, that he wasn't aware of?
Yes.

Is another man involved in this? I mean, did the man hear something to think his wife was cheating?
Yes.
Is money involved in any way?
No.
Did he kill her over anger? Versus something liking killing her to help her avoid some kind of pain?
Correct.
Was his wife also on the radio?
No.
Not yet.
Was a man calling in to the radio to talk about his wife?
No.
Was something said on the radio that made him realize his wife had lied to him?
Uh... she's likely lied, but that's not the main focus. (Though I think you've already figured that out.)

Was the man on radio dedicating a song so his wife?
Was the man thanking his wife for something?
Was the man talking about his wife in a 'good' way?

Yes, I know this one. I thought I would just see how many irrelavent questions I could ask. I am sure there is a million more but that's all I could think of that early.

Ok, that means I have made an assumption which is probably false.
Was the man (the other one involved) on radio?
By the way, I hope you understood what the man I was talking about in my last post was the other man involved. =S

So it sounds like something happened on the radio that told the man his wife was cheating and he therefore drove home and shot her. We just need to find out what was said to solve this puzzle?
Did the man call into the radio station?
Looking back at the answers, you said she didn't win a contest yet and you weren't sure how to answer the question about the time being relevant. I'm thinking of Regis and Kelly here :p but:
Did the radio station call her to play in a contest?
Was it at night and a man answered her phone? (though that seems pretty dumb - if she's having an affair, why would he answer the phone? If not, the husband killed her for nothing.)

But he wouldn't know it was the radio station calling - what if it was the husband calling?

But why would the man answer the phone in a house that wasn't his. Especially if he was sleeping with the woman who lived there.

I assume you mean "the man" that J-Lo asked about you assumed to be the "man on the radio," as in the DJ?
OK, I guess we need to clear this up.
There's a man involved, and when she asked about another man, I was referring to this man that we didn't yet know anything about. The DJ could as easily be a woman, and is not the same person I was referring to. So you asked about the "man on the radio," and I assumed you meant the DJ because we had not established any info yet about this "other man."
However, if you were referring to the as-yet-unknown man, the answer to all 3 questions would still be No.
So the announcer on the radio should be called the DJ I guess.

And yet another lateral thinking puzzle
[ 72 Answers ]
Deep in the forest was found the body of a man who was wearing only swimming trunks, snorkel and facemask. The nearest lake was 8 miles away and the sea was 100 miles away. How had he died?
I'm new at this, so we'll see how it goes. I think it is a lot easier than Morgaine's train puzzle :)

OK, Adam wants more puzzles. :D
OK, first one is not really the yes/no question type. It is a lateral thinking puzzle, but more of a riddle and you just need to try to think of the scenario. There may be more than one logical explanation, but you have to guess the right one.
