I have this friend who son smokes pot and is a runner for a drug dealer. I just told her yesterday night that she can not watch my four year old son because I don't want my son over there in case there is a drug bust done because my son would be taken away from his daddy and I we would not want that to happen to him. I would like to turn her son in for this but don't know how with out her finding out it was me that turned her son in. She lives right across the hall from my apartment. She even thinks that her son needs a friend and not a parent so she treats him like a friend and lets him do what ever he wants to do. He even smokes pot in her apartment. This kid that does this is only sixteen years old.

Who the he'll do you think you are? You have no right, NO RIGHT, to stick your big nose into their lives. From what you've written it seems that aside from your son being over there (YOUR fault by the way idiot), you have no right to turn the teenage into authorities. Especislly for smoking POT you conservative stiff - aside from. The fact you sound like an idiot (grammar anyone?) pretty much sums up your mental capacity, IMO.
