    What are some things to do when stressed?
    I am always stressed, and I research this plenty, but other than dealing with stress and depression how I have, which is fine, what are some more specific ways to try to not be stressed? I'm not exactly sure how to ask this question, sorry. Thanks for anyone's suggestions though! Just trying to find as much information on getting rid of stress as I can.

    You can research and research all you want,without ACTING on what you learn,stress will continue unabated.

    For me to change stress from my life,I have to look at the underlying reasons.My reactions are almost always the same,ending in either depression,anger,personal anguish,etc.you get the point.

    HOW I perceive the stress is where it's at.

    What is it that causes you stress?(rhetorical)

    How do you react to this stress?(ditto)

    How can you identify the stress BEFORE it becomes the resulting reaction?

    What coping skills do you think would help you in identifying these stress points?

    (The more open,honest and willing you are to explore these questions,weather online or just personally,will dictate how much this really is an issue for you)
