Does a felony-disorderly conduct with a gun, DV- restrict cpa licensing in CA?
Military Veteran, prior Federal Law Enforcement, felony was in 1/2009, domestic dispute with wife (now ex-wife). Have since been a student and about a year from obtaining my BA-Accounting.

Hello: I was sentenced in court. I was told I had disorderly conduct violation. No fines no jail time. Does that mean when asked on an application have you committed a crime I can say no.
